1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how SAMP TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use All Video Downloader & Home (the "App"). By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.

2. Information handled by the App

Information you provide or generate

• URLs and browsing activity: links you paste, searches you enter and pages you open in the in-app browser are processed to display webpages and identify downloadable media.
• Downloaded media: videos, audio, images, filenames and related download information are saved to your device at your request.
• Launcher preferences: home-screen layout, folders, widgets, icon settings, wallpaper preferences and the apps displayed by the launcher are stored locally.
• App settings: theme, language, consent choices and other preferences are stored on your device.

Information collected automatically

• Install attribution: Google Play Install Referrer information and campaign parameters such as gclid, gbraid and gad_source may be read to determine which app experience and advertising configuration to show.
• Network and technical data: IP address, device type, operating-system version, language, app version, request timestamps and basic diagnostics may be received by websites, our configuration endpoint and third-party service providers when the App makes network requests.
• Advertising data: where ads are enabled, advertising providers may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad impressions, clicks, interaction data and diagnostics, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.

3. How information is used

• To provide browsing, media detection, downloading, playback and file-management features.
• To provide optional Home/launcher features and remember your layout and preferences.
• To load the appropriate remote configuration and determine whether advertising-enabled screens apply to the installation.
• To display, measure and protect advertisements where advertising is enabled.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve reliability.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

4. Advertising, consent and attribution

The App may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can review available advertising privacy choices from the consent interface when offered. Resetting your advertising ID or changing device privacy settings may also affect ad personalization.

Install-referrer and campaign parameters are used to distinguish eligible attributed installations from ordinary installations. They are not used by us to create a user account.

5. Third-party services and websites

The App may interact with:

• Google Play services and Google Play Install Referrer;
• Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform;
• our remote app/ad configuration service; and
• websites you choose to visit or from which you request media.

Those parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Web content is controlled by the relevant website, not by us. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

6. Permissions and device access

• Internet and network state: to browse websites, obtain configuration, load ads and download media.
• Photos, videos and storage: to save, display, manage and delete media, where permission is required by your Android version.
• Notifications: to show download progress and completion notices.
• Foreground service and wake lock: to keep active downloads working reliably.
• Installed apps and launcher access: to display app icons and launch apps when you voluntarily use the App as your Home app. Installed-app information is used on-device for launcher functionality.
• Delete-package request: to open Android's uninstall confirmation screen when you request removal of an app from the launcher.

You can manage permissions through Android Settings. Some features may not work if a required permission is denied.

7. Local storage and retention

Downloaded media remains on your device until you delete it. Preferences, launcher data, browser data and attribution state generally remain until you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies and legal requirements. We keep server-side technical records only as long as reasonably necessary for security, operation and legal compliance.

8. Your choices and deletion

• Delete downloaded files from the App or your device's file manager.
• Clear browser information using available controls or clear the App's storage in Android Settings.
• Change or revoke permissions in Android Settings.
• Use available consent/privacy controls for advertising.
• Clear all locally stored App information by clearing storage or uninstalling the App.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no network transmission, browser or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

11. Copyright and responsible downloading

You are responsible for downloading and using only content you own or are authorized to use. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party social platforms or websites. The App does not support downloading from YouTube. Respect copyright, website terms and applicable laws.

12. International processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted at this location with a revised effective date.
